I’m Sandeep Kashyap, CEO, and Founder of ProofHub, an all-in-one project management and team collaboration software that helps teams get work done faster and better. I’m going to talk about what motivated me to start ProofHub and why it’s such a fantastic opportunity for organizations looking to manage their work more efficiently.
How Did It All Start?
I worked as a web designer for a few years when I was young. Although I’ve never worked in design, I’ve always enjoyed it. I started from the ground up, learned a lot, and grew up very well. It all started with my goal to create something for web designers to make the never-ending battle for approval and criticism a little easier. This was one of the factors that prompted me to devise a solution.
As a result, I developed ProofMini, a quick approval and feedback management tool that evolved into ProofHub, a robust project management software that makes work easier, faster, and smarter. ProofHub is without a doubt one of the most powerful projects management solutions for external and internal teams to make team members perform better and quicker, with over 85,000 teams utilizing it.
ProofHub performs admirably in a frantic atmosphere. Teams may use the software to break down large projects into smaller tasks, allocate and organize each work, and track project progress — all while using email.

What Is ProofHub All About?
ProofHub is a project management and team collaboration software platform that enables teams to consolidate work requirements, methods, and overall workload on a single platform. This dedicated platform is created to take in your data and organize it so that it is more accessible and actionable.
It’s a platform that’s as reliable as it is beneficial. It’s a software platform with capabilities for file management, communication management, team management, and task management that we created with the needs of all types of teams in mind. It not only aids in the organization of data and the visualization of tasks, but it also aids team collaboration through various communication platforms such as chats and discussions.
My main goal in developing an all-in-one software platform like ProofHub was to enable people to replace all of their existing tools with a single, convincing alternative. This was accomplished by developing a platform that could be used to manage both projects and teams.
Being on the same page can be achieved by using a communication tool; however, no one can ever truly be on the same page if the team cannot see how their tasks are moving and advancing with everyone’s input.
As a result, I built ProofHub to serve as a project management tool, team collaboration software, and a source of encouragement and motivation.

Challenges Faced during the Journey
Staying ahead of the competition, getting to the heart of the development process, staying on the same page, managing resources, and planning projects were all big hurdles. Without going insane, I’ve always been able to strike a work-life balance that greatly aids me in turning any major problem into a major accomplishment.
It isn’t easy to keep track of everything when you have a lot on your plate. This is accomplished by using online knowledge sources, social media groups, following persons who influence social media, and daily reading. I never turn down the chance to meet and work with interesting people.
Our Future Goals
Our next step will be to provide users with a seamless user experience that makes working easier, smarter, and faster. We have a lot of new features planned that will make job management a snap, and I’m still working on my obsession with always improving the product. This year, we’ll be experimenting with new product concepts. I want the team to improve individually and collectively and keep learning.

Customer Satisfaction Is Our Ultimate Goal
When your clients are happy, they trust the brand and become loyal. Customers that are loyal to a brand are more likely to buy from them again, and they account for a significant portion of the revenue. Losing clients has a significant impact on your income and customer turnover. Customer satisfaction has an impact on the reputation and appeal of a brand. We keep track of consumer comments to see where we can improve and increase customer satisfaction.
We usually wonder if the problem is with the product or with the customer service. We don’t hesitate to ask our customers since candid feedback helps us manage expectations and act appropriately.
We are continuously on the lookout for and learning from well-known brands that have dedicated teams and programmes in place to improve customer satisfaction, which helps them reach high sales numbers. We also make sure that we hire excellent customer success executives that will help us retain our customers as much as possible.
